I'm Ahmed Reda, a specialist in managing, establishing, and developing restaurants, with over 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. I live in the United Arab Emirates, where, since 2020, I have been helping restaurant owners overcome challenges and achieve success.

My professional journey began in 2008 in the restaurant industry in Egypt, where I held various positions, starting from chef to restaurant manager, covering all departments within restaurants. Later, I moved to Saudi Arabia to work with Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets, which owns over 300 branches. I was responsible for one of these branches as a Bakery Supervisor, which helped refine my skills in management and operations

Subsequently, I founded and established ‘Areej Lebanon’ restaurant in Dammam, which provided me with extensive experience in hospitality and catering services. At the beginning of 2020, I moved to the UAE to take on a new challenge, focusing on supporting restaurants and helping them improve their performance
